Cars

A subject I know everyone is interested in. As I mentioned to some people, Toledo is a bit weird, as a lot of people seem to drive larger than average cars for Europe. My neighbors have a Subaru Forester, and there are plenty of full size BMWs, VWs, and Mercedes. I even saw a diesel F-350 last night. Looking up my street right now, I see a full size BMW, a Yaris, SEAT, and a Grand Cherokee.

Lots of interesting small cars though. There are, of course, the native SEATs (now owned by VW) and lots of Peugeots, Citroens, and Fiats. Lots of smaller Toyotas, like the Yaris, and similar model Hyundais, although the Hyundai small SUV is pretty common too.

Ford of course has a large presence. Lots of older Fiestas, which are not the same as the American Fiestas. The Focus is very common, especially the TDI model. Then I saw this little miracle: the Ford Escort Atlanta.

  2. Yes, plenty of smart cars. They are silly. The car is a Ford Escort Atlanta edition.
