Santa Maria de Toledo. In some ways, this cathedral is disappointing, in that, upon close inspection, it is clear that almost all of the exterior decor has nothing to do with the mosque and little to do with the original thirteenth century construction (which is what I am interested in). Nevertheless, therein lies the Archivo Capitulares, which is the goal of the first part of my journey. Tomorrow should be interesting.
